Contract rates

  • Formatting rental agreement residential property: € 75,00
  • Formatting rental agreement business property, from: € 350,00
  • Additional clause co-tenant:  € 250,00
  • Additional clause termination co-tenant, incl. inspection: € 300,00
  • Preliminary inspection at delivery: € 50,00
  • Subrogation, private: € 250,00
  • Subrogation, business: € 500,00

Other rates

  • Lacking at delivery appointment: € 80,00
  • Cleaning, 1 session (2 hours): € 50,00 excl. material
  • Restoration work (e.g. painting) on the occasion of mutation: € 38,00 per hour, excl. material

Subsequent supply of keys / parking passes

  • Non-certified key: € 45,00 excl. material
  • Certified key: € 90,00 excl. material
  • Parking, key: € 45,00 excl. material
  • Parking box, transmitter: € 100,00 excl. material

Outside office hours we charge 200 %, our call-out costs are:
