Residential properties for rent

RWB Vastgoed Management applies waiting lists per property. Available properties will be offered at randstadwonen.nl  or pararius.nl . Individual landlords that rent out themselves post adds on   haarlemwonen.nl, marktplaats.nl  or amsterdamwonen.net.

Most Landlords work with waiting lists per property. To get on a list you can file a main tenancy request. Most landlords apply the guidelines below to qualify candidates. In addition to a copy of ID you should always provide an employment contract, a recent pay slip and a completed application form for main tenancy.  Applications that are incomplete will not be processed. Full requests are forwarded to the lessor for review.

RWB Vastgoed Management doesn’t charge an agency fee. We do charge a fee for a credit check and the formatting of a rental agreement and a delivery report of € 250,- plus 21 % VAT, in equal proportions to tenant en landlord.
