You pay the rent most conveniently via monthly automatic transfer to our bank account (see below) stating your customer number and payment reference. This automatic transfers you should arrange with your bank yourself.
The rent should be paid in advance on the first day of the month. For a cash payment of the rent € 10,- deposit costs are calculated.
Upon failure of payment of the rental term the landlord is entitled to charge administration fees for sending payment reminders.
These rates are € 5,- for a first payment reminder and € 5,- for a second reminder plus € 15,- fine.
In case of a third payment reminder the rate is € 15,- plus € 15,- fine, according to article 4.7 of the Terms&Conditions. Additionally, all collections costs will be charged to the tenant. This costs are set at 15 % of the rent due.
If you rent a business property, the administration costs will be € 15,- plus € 300,- fine, according to article 18 of the Terms&Conditions.
